Delete your Ada data

In the app

1. Open Ada and tap Household.
2. Tap the settings icon (⚙).
3. Open Data and tap Reset all data, then confirm.

This deletes everything Ada holds on your phone and asks our service to delete everything it holds for your copy of Ada.

By email

Email privacy@adabyflowra.com from any address and tell us you'd like your Ada data deleted. We'll confirm when it's done.

What is deleted

• On your phone: your household records, conversations and settings.
• On our service: your app identifier, usage records, request records and any temporarily stored responses.

What may be kept, and for how long

• Our AI service provider may keep requests for up to 30 days for security and abuse monitoring, under its own terms.
• Copies you exported, or your phone's own backups, are under your control and are not deleted by Ada.
